The Fund seeksto capitalise on compelling demographic trends inthe UK by strategically purchasing high-quality carebusiness which provide services for people with avariety of specialist care needs. The Fund’s NAV iscalculated monthly by Suntera Fund Services (IOM)Limited. Duff & Phelps conduct an annual valuation of the Fund’s Operating Company. Both the Fund and its Operating Company are audited.
