Bargaining is a permissible act in Islam.

Typically, when we bargain with a seller to reduce the price of an item, the seller would most probably not make a loss but is instead reducing their profits.

Therefore, when the seller accepted the bargained price, the seller is also implicitly accepting a reduced profit on the item.
