You qualify as an AI if you are:
#1. Individuals whose net financial assets exceed in value SGD 1 Million. (Financial Assets here refers to liquid assets such as CPFIS, Stocks, CDP account, Unit Trust/ETF & Cash. )

#2. Individuals whose net personal assets exceed SGD 2 Million. (Of which net residential property value after liabilities capped at SGD 1 Million.)

#3. Individuals whose income in the preceding 12 months is not less than SGD 300,000.

#4. Individual who is a joint holder with an Accredited Investor (Main Investor must be an AI).
