Environmental Social Governance (ESG), Socially Responsible Investments (SRI), Corporate Social Responsibility, and several other measures actually scream Islamic Finance, but why has it only been “rebranded”
as such? Furthermore, why would Islamic finance be relevant to the man on the street? Is it still playing catch up to its conventional counterpart?
